Description
Have you ever wanted a map for the journey with your horse?
The most sustainable way to get that peak performance you seek, without compromising the free spirit that makes your horse who he is, is with a map. A map of how your horse is – and how you are – is the first step to understanding why your horse can’t do what you’re asking. Or why you can’t do what you’re asking. Chances are, your horse is willing, but unable.
Most issues you experience with your horse – whether it’s a problem picking up a particular canter lead, napping, or something that seems unrelated such as nipping you when you tighten the girth – are a manifestation of something your horse needs help with. (Or something you need help with.) The root cause could be structural, chemical, emotional, or energetic.
And how could know which? Because your horse can’t talk to you. Right? WRONG!
If you follow traditional or conventional approaches to such problems, they focus on eradicating the symptom.
However, symptoms are signposts. They are indicators. They start to build a map that shows you how you can get from where you are to where you want to be.
If you keep on eradicating the signposts (the symptoms) on a journey, it is almost inevitable that eventually you will get lost. But WITH a map, it’s almost inevitable you will reach your destination.
Unfortunately we are not brought up in a society that fully and unconditionally supports everyone to follow their own signposts. If you’re anything like most people, you’ve been herded through school, conditioned by family and friends and persuaded to fit in.
Thus, while you may believe you have conscious choice in everything, reality is that you probably don’t. And neither does your horse.
Why? Because your brain seeks efficiency. It creates patterns, routines, based on past experiences, and commits these to the subconscious mind where it can refer to them at the drop of a hat.
Once something is hard wired into your subconscious, it becomes very hard for you to see it any more. But you see the symptoms of it, the results of it, the outward manifestation of that subconscious programming, of that energy or that memory, that is trapped in your body at a cellular level.
This is why a map becomes so important.
Because each individual body has a particular way that it needs to heal in order to be healthy. A particular route it needs to take. And the signposts it shows are the clues as to what that route is. They are the way it communicates.
When you listen to those signs, using the process of the Peak Spirit Path, and give the support your body or your horse is asking for, when you release these blocks, you can suddenly leap up to a whole new level with your horse to a place that was not even on your radar before.
And that will put a smile on both your faces.
What can the Peak Spirit Path do for you?
The answer is, “just about anything.” Getting started is two phase process.
Stage 1 – GET THE MAP
The first is to send in a hair sample for you and for your horse, or horses. This will give you the initial map of where you and your horse are. It will include a whole range of different measurements of health and wellbeing. And to make sure it gives you helpful and specific information, for both you and your horse, send a Wish List with your Top 10 areas for improvement when you send the hair sample. This might include:
• things that you’d like to improve
• things that frustrate or bother you
• things you are having a problem with
• things your horse is having a problem with
Phase 2 – MEET IN PERSON
This can be as an individual horse and rider pair, or as a group of up to 8 people, with horses. Please contact us directly to arrange this.
